Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 (GDPR), this document illustrates the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data that we receive and collect when the services/websites of Logidea s.r.l. are used, as well as some of the measures we adopt to protect such data.

In compliance with current legislation, the treatments carried out by Logidea s.r.l. will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Personal data being processed

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

The personal data being processed, which may vary according to the services requested, consist of: name and surname, email address, telephone number, tax code/VAT number, location data, an online identifier, purchases made, and other data suitable for making the user identified or identifiable (hereinafter “Personal Data“). In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

a) Navigation data

When the user visits the Owner’s websites, the servers automatically record information such as the URL, IP addresses, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request made. The transmission of this information is implicit in the use of web communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site or third parties. Except in this eventuality, this data is kept for 30 days.

b) Data provided voluntarily by the user

On the Owner’s websites, the user has the option of transmitting their personal data by filling in forms or sending e-mail messages. The provision of this data takes place on an optional, explicit and voluntary basis, and involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered for the purposes of the service and those further granted by the user. Specific summary information is present on the pages that provide the forms, with the possible indication of the obligation to provide the data necessary to use the specific service.

The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties that may be published or shared through this site and guarantees that he has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Data Controller from any liability to third parties.

c) Data with interaction with social networks

In addition to filling in the appropriate registration form, the user can be allowed to register for the Services, if he has a Facebook profile, also by simply clicking on the “Login with Facebook” button. In this case, Facebook will automatically send the website some personal data, specified in the appropriate “pop-up” window that is displayed at the time of the request, and there will be no need for the user to fill out other forms.

Logidea s.r.l. may use cookies, i.e. a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website, and other technologies to broaden your online experience and to understand how Logidea web services are used for the purpose of improve its quality. According to current Italian legislation, the express consent of the user is not required for the use of some cookies. In particular, this consent is not required for “technical cookies”, i.e. those used for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. In other words, these are cookies that are indispensable for the functioning of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.
Among the technical cookies, which do not require express consent for their use, the Italian Guarantor for personal data protection also includes:

  • The “cookie analytics” where used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself;
  • The navigation or session cookies (to authenticate);
  • The functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.

Conversely, for “profiling cookies”, i.e. those aimed at creating user profiles and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the net, the prior consent of the user is required. ‘user.

For specific information regarding the type of cookies used on this website, the methods of acceptance/rejection/disabling of the aforementioned, the list of cookies present on the site and their owner, as well as the specific functions, you can consult the “Cookie Policy”, reachable from a specific link at the bottom of each page of the website.

Registration on the website and the services offered are aimed at adults: for this reason, the Data Controller does not knowingly collect data from people under the age of 18.

The pages that the user visits may contain links to external websites, to offer useful information to users. This information does not apply to sites not managed by the Data Controller, therefore the user will have to deepen the procedures relating to the protection of privacy on the external websites themselves.

Purpose of the treatment

The processing of data, subject to specific consent when required by law, takes place for the following purposes:

  • register on the owner’s websites
  • use the services/products offered by the Owner
  • for control, research and analysis purposes to manage and improve the owner’s technologies and services
  • receive replies to requests addressed to the Owner
  • receive information relating to services/products offered by the Owner
  • fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with the Data Controller

Subject to specific and separate consent from the one above, personal data are collected for:

  • send newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material regarding products and/or services offered by the Data Controller.

Legal basis of the treatment

Logidea processes the user’s personal data if one or more of the following conditions occurs:

  • the user has given consent for one or more specific purposes
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or to fulfill pre-contractual operations
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject
  • the processing is necessary for a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties

The interested party can in any case request the concrete legal basis of each treatment

Optional and mandatory consent to provide personal data

The interested party is free to provide the personal data requested from time to time; their missing, partial or incorrect conferment could make it impossible to use the requested services.
The acquisition of consent to the processing of personal data is necessary for all the treatments indicated above connected and/or necessary to fulfill legal obligations, community legislation, to fulfill obligations deriving from a contract of which the interested party is a party or to fulfill, before the conclusion of the contract, specific requests of the latter.

Recipients of personal data

For the purposes described in par. 3 of this information, the user’s personal data may be shared with:

  1. subjects who typically act as data controllers, i.e.: people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy services to Logidea s.r.l. in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters relating to the provision of the Services; subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example the Hosting Providers), subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities on the servers that host the Owner’s websites;
  2. subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate the user’s personal data by virtue of provisions of the law or orders of the authorities (for example, during criminal investigations Logidea s.r.l. may receive requests from the judicial authority to provide telematic traffic logs);
  3. persons authorized by Logidea s.r.l. to the processing of personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as employees/collaborators of the Data Controller;
  4. commercial partners for their own purposes, autonomous and distinct, only if the user has given specific consent.

Place of data processing

The processing of personal data takes place at the headquarters of Logidea s.r.l. and are handled by technical, administrative, commercial personnel for the pursuit of the purposes described in par. 3.

The server providers are located in the European territory.

Data Retention

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in par. 3 or until the previously expressed consent is revoked.

In any case, the possibility for Logidea s.r.l. to keep personal data up to the time allowed by Italian law to protect their interests. Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller.

The websites of Logidea s.r.l. adopt adequate security measures to protect the data from any access, modification or unauthorized disclosure or from its destruction. These measures include internal controls on data collection, storage and processing methods as well as security measures to protect the systems on which personal data is stored from any unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested parties

The user has the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to his personal data, the rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment in the cases provided for by article 20 of the Regulation, he has the right to request the limitation of the treatment in the cases foreseen by the art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device (portability), in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation, by writing to Logidea s.r.l. – CORSO VENEZIA 6 – 20121 – MILAN (MI) – P.I. 11347990969 – Mail: logideasrl@legalmail.it

Changes

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, of this Privacy Policy, also due to changes in the applicable legislation, by advertising them to users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the user, if registered on the website, can cancel his account or can request the Data Controller to remove his personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the personal data collected up to that moment.
